Fastest WordPress theme – Benchmark testing of 8 commonly used themes

Here are the speed test results for some of the populat free and paid WordPress themes from Webmatros. The Number 1 WordPress theme that is faster among all the 8 WordPress themes compared is GeneratePress Free version. The premium version of GeneratePress comes second.

I use and trust thesis theme and have not done a benchmark test like above. But my website speed tests show that I have above 95 score and im sure it will be on par with the above themes when put into a benchmark test.
